1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags, accessories and receipts.
- Customised or personalised items (for example, custom prints or bespoke designs) may be non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, misuse or damage due to customer handling.
- Any items marked as "final sale", "non-returnable" or "personalised" (unless damaged or defective on arrival).
3. How to Request a Return / Refund
- Contact us via email or our contact form within the eligibility period (within 14 days of delivery).
- Provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
- For damaged or defective products, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria:
- We will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days after we approve the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
- Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges / Replacements
- For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, we will proceed with a refund in line with this policy.
6. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellations, but we cannot guarantee this — especially if the order has already entered processing or production, particularly for customised items.
